ProMarkets provides research and information about prediction markets and their context, with a free plan and paid plans offering additional features.

Some features require an account with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You must be of legal age and have capacity to contract.

Paid plans are processed through the payment provider Stripe. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and include applicable taxes where relevant.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the contracted period unless cancelled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Unless legally required, amounts already paid for started periods are non-refundable.

You must not: use the service unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; scrape or bulk-extract without authorisation; resell or redistribute content without permission; or interfere with the operation of the service.

ProMarkets is for information and research purposes only. It does NOT provide investment advice, trading signals, buy/sell recommendations, portfolio management or betting access.

Prediction markets are treated as a probabilistic research input, never as an execution or betting channel. Any investment decision is the user’s sole responsibility and should be discussed with a duly licensed professional.

The service and its content are owned by Lichiro Labs or its licensors. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use for its term.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The owner may modify, suspend or discontinue features and update these terms, notifying material changes by reasonable means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the service’s information.

Breach of these terms may lead to suspension or cancellation of the account.

These terms are governed by the laws of España, submitting to the competent courts under applicable law.
