Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials.
• Research-profile data: preferences and interests you provide.
• Subscription and billing data: handled by Stripe (we do not store full card details).
• Technical usage data: logs, session identifiers and aggregated metrics needed to provide and protect the service.

Providing the service and managing your account (performance of the contract).

Managing payments and subscriptions (performance of the contract and legal obligations).

Ensuring security and preventing abuse, including usage limits (legitimate interest).

Operational communications about your account or the service (performance of the contract).

We use providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and AI model providers for analysis features. These providers may process data in the EU or in third countries with adequate safeguards.

We retain data while your account is active and, thereafter, for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax and accounting periods for billing).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to legal@promarkets.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, adequate safeguards apply (for example, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including row-level access control in the database and encryption in transit.

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. The last-updated date appears at the top of the document.
